Q: When is Prom?
A: Saturday, April 5th, 2025 | 7pm – 11pm

Q: What are the rules for Prom?
A: Must check-in by 9pm (no entry after 9pm) | May not leave until 10:30pm Photo ID required for ALL attendees at check-in Guests must check-in WITH their senior host – guest may not enter without their host

Q: Who can go to Prom?
A: 1. Eligible WHS seniors 2. Eligible WHS non-seniors (as guest of a senior ONLY) 3. Eligible non-WHS guests (as guest of a WHS senior ONLY)

Q: What does “eligible” mean?
A: 1. Seniors – have paid senior dues, have cleared NGs, have submitted an online contract 2. WHS non-seniors – are aged 16+ as of April 5th, 2025, have cleared NGs, have no disciplinary or other exclusions, and have completed a paper contract that is approved/signed by their Dean 3. All eligible non-WHS guests* – are aged between 16 and 20 as of April 5th, 2025, have completed a paper contract signed by their own school administrator & parent, and has been signed/approved by WHS Dean Rioux (Anthony) *Non-WHS guests may be subject to additional review and approval by Dean Rioux

Q: How do I submit my contract?
A: Seniors – beginning March 19 – complete an online contract at www.westsidehighpto.org/seniorprom. ALL SENIORS MUST HAVE AN ONLINE CONTRACT ON FILE. Guests – complete a paper contract (available to pick up from Deans)

Q: How much is a ticket to Prom?
A: Ticket price is $90 each, until March 31st | Ticket price is $110 on April 1 and 2 Westside Prom 2025 | A Night in Athens Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Last day to purchase Prom tickets is April 2

Q: Where, when, and how do I buy a ticket?
A: Tickets may be purchased online after completion of contract or tickets may be purchased in person – we accept credit/debit cards, cash, Apple Pay. Online ticket sales start on March 19th. In person ticket sales open March 24th until April 2nd during lunch, in the library. All Prom attendees MUST have a completed & approved contract before purchasing a ticket.

Q: Can I buy more than 1 ticket?
A: Yes, you can pay for someone’s ticket, if that person has either completed a senior online contract OR you present a signed and approved paper guest contract to the Ticket Desk at time of purchase.

Q: What should I wear to Prom?
A: Prom is a formal event. Suits, Tuxedos, and evening gowns/dresses are appropriate. Crocs and Texas Tuxedos are not permitted. Questions about attire should be directed to your Dean.

Q: What are the Prom theme and colors?
A: The 2025 Prom theme is “A Night in Athens” and the colors are white, blue, and gold

Q: What about the Prom Queen and King?
A: Seniors will nominate Prom Queen and King during the week of March 24. Nominees may campaign from March 31 to April 4. The official Prom Queen and King will be voted on and announced at Prom.

Q: What if I earned my ticket (or two) from the senior fundraiser?
A: If you earned a free Prom ticket (or two) from the senior fundraiser, then you will receive credit after you complete the Prom contract. See Mrs. Willett for more information.
